🧾 1. Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work as a delivery partner.
• Provide accurate identity, vehicle, and payout details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. A rider account is separate from any customer or seller account, and must not be shared.

🤝 2. Nature of the relationship

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you use the app as an independent delivery partner, not an employee of Frizbee. You are responsible for your own taxes, vehicle, licences, and insurance.

📲 3. Using the app

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app to receive and complete deliveries on the Frizbee platform. Use it only as intended, follow in-app safety guidance, and do not interfere with its operation or security.

📦 4. Orders & conduct

• Order offers are made through the app; accept or decline per platform rules.
• Once accepted, complete orders promptly, safely, and honestly, handling items and cash responsibly.
• Treat customers, sellers, and the public with courtesy, and obey all traffic and safety laws.
• Acceptance, completion, and cancellation behaviour may affect order allocation and standing.

💸 5. Earnings, payouts & wallet

Earnings for completed deliveries are calculated per the rates and rules shown in the app. They accrue to your in-app wallet and are paid to the bank account or UPI ID you provide, via our payment processor. You are responsible for the accuracy of payout details. Fees, adjustments, incentives, and taxes apply as described in the app.

📍 6. Location & notifications

The app needs location access (including background location while you are online or on a delivery) and permission to send notifications to function. By using the app you consent to this and to receiving operational alerts. See the Privacy Policy for details.

🚫 7. Prohibited conduct

• Providing false, stolen, or another person’s identity, vehicle, or payment details.
• Manipulating orders, earnings, incentives, or ratings, or committing fraud.
• Using the app unlawfully, or to harass, threaten, or endanger anyone.
• Sharing or transferring your account, or letting anyone else deliver under it.
• Reverse-engineering, disrupting, or gaining unauthorised access to our systems.

⛔ 8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, unsafe conduct, or where required by law. Genuine pending earnings are settled per applicable rules. Payment, tax, and record-keeping obligations survive termination.

©️ 9. Intellectual property

The app, the Frizbee name and logo, and related content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms transfer no ownership to you, and you may not use our marks without written permission.

⚠️ 10. Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a given number or value of orders. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frizbee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost earnings or data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

⚖️ 11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Coonoor, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory local rights. We will try to resolve disputes informally first — contact us below.
